Aristal Helped Plan and Manage End-to-End Tender Process for a Strategic IT Initiative of a Malaysian State Water Board
Aristal was engaged by one of Malaysia’s state water board to plan and manage the conduct of the open tender process to formally select the core revenue management system to replace their existing systems.
The Aristal team was responsible for driving the exercise in developing the tender requirements and documents, driving the evaluation and negotiation process, and the detailed planning for the implementation of the initiative.
Subsequently, Aristal was engaged by the board to lead, plan and manage the overall implementation activities for the replacement of their core revenue management system.
