Through the re-engineering of PG origination processes, system enhancements and the implementation of a managed file transfer system with other financial institutions, the project delivers the straight-through-processing of PG applications from submission to approval within 24 hours. This major improvement significantly reduces the turnaround time with other financial institutions and benefits the organization by enabling a seamless and paperless automated processing of PG applications.

Aristal was responsible for planning, leading and managing the end-to-end implementation of this project and the first phase was successfully delivered in December 2018.
