Phase 1 of the program includes the implementation of a new online distribution channel, rollout of new term insurance and bancassurance products across various business functions like new business, policy servicing, billing & collection, receipting & payments, finance, compliance, etc. Aristal was responsible for planning & managing the overall program and played key roles in the areas of requirements gathering, testing, and deployment to ensure successful and timely delivery. The successful delivery of this program marks a major milestone for the client, enabling the insurer to meet market demands by improving the flexibility and speed-to-market for new product launches as well as to meet regulatory requirements. It has also strengthened the position of the insurer to be ready to meet and support the ever-changing technology landscape.
