Aristal helps large Malaysia Banking Group to Implement Multi-Channel Switch System
Aristal has successfully implemented a new Multi-Channel Switch (MCS) system for a large Malaysia Banking Group in August 2016.
Aristal played leading roles in the overall program management, change control and deployment activities, as well as key support roles in areas of end-to-end testing and data conversion. The completion of MCS marks the successful upgrade of the bank’s current switch architecture, enabling it to support a multi-channel payment solution to better power their products and service offerings.
The MCS programme entails the replacement of the bank’s ATM switch and Debit Card management system in preparation for the consolidation of multiple switches within the bank into one; for ease of maintainability, lower cost of ownership and faster time to market.
The bank can now capitalise on the new system capabilities to launch a series of strategic business transformation initiatives to compete in the challenging market space.
