The bank has engaged Aristal to take on the crucial role in planning, driving and managing the projects’ end-to-end implementation. These projects also serve as strategic and critical initiatives to digitalize the banking approach in Malaysia’s banking industry.

With the straight through processing capability, the application of banking products is performed digitally via the internet & mobile banking channels which is accessible anytime and anywhere transforming the customer’s banking experience. The first of these initiatives, the online current account opening and straight through processing was launched successfully in September 2015.
