ARISTAL was responsible in planning and leading the process improvement workshops on the Financing and Guarantee origination processes. An outcome from the business process re-engineering (BPR) design, ARISTAL identified several significant improvement opportunities, notably the Straight-Through Processing (STP) of eligible Financing and Guarantee applications and the embedding of templates in the system to auto-generate letters and reports in an effort to remove work redundancies and go paperless. The improvements will significantly reduce the turnaround times from application submission to approval, improve customer experience, improve productivity and efficiency, and enable the operations to be more cost effective.
