The technology refresh was crucial to the bank’s operations as it improved performance and scalability of its core banking system to support future business and operational growth. The project included upgrade of the servers, storage, operating system, and software enhancements required to support the upgrade.

Aristal was responsible to plan, lead and manage the overall project, which involved more than 50 interfacing applications. The project was delivered within a short timeline (ahead of schedule) and has successfully gone live in May 2019.
