Phase 1 of the project includes the replacement and implementation of the Board’s water billing, field service management and payment collection systems into one single integrated system. The implementation involved implementing the new integrated water revenue management system to support its ~600k customers, developing new interfaces, migrating all customer accounts to the new system, training of ~200+ impacted end users to use the new system, etc. Aristal was responsible for planning, leading and managing the end-to-end implementation.

The successful delivery of this project marks a significant milestone as it enables the Board to make the next leap forward to continue to improve their operations’ productivity and effectiveness via automation, as well as their customers’ experience.
