Aristal management/IT consultant will work with Insurer's business & IT teams to review its strategic business plan & current IT state in order to design the target IT state that support all strategic business imperatives. Aristal will also develop a 5-year IT roadmap to guide Insurer in the planning, implementation & deployment of business/IT capabilities required to support the IT model.
