A large local investment bank has engaged Aristal merger integration services to assist in the securities IT merger integration exercise arising from the merger with another local securities house.
As part of the agreement, ARISTAL will provide IT merger program management & IT consultancy services to assist the Bank in planning & implementing IT merger integration activities for the core securities systems
