A large local investment bank has engaged Aristal consultancy services to assist in developing an IT roadmap to support the Bank's business objectives & requirements.
As part of the agreement, ARISTAL will conduct study to identify gaps & improvement opportunities of the existing bank's IT capabilities. A series of strategic IT projects will be defined to achieve the desired business outcomes.
