In the next 3 months, Aristal Solutions will provide an experienced consulting team to help the Bank setup & operationalise the IT program management office (IT PMO) that will define, direct and track overall implementation and progress for the IT roadmap initiatives. These IT roadmap initiatives are critical to support the Bank's short term & long term business/IT strategies.
