As the saying goes “Coming together is a beginning, keeping together is progress, working together is success”. Aristal team had an amazing 2 days 1 night team building event at Janda Baik Radiant Retreats to build stronger team spirit, trust and relationship among each other.

From answering trivial get-to-know each other questions, to working together as a team to resolve challenging tasks; fishing to gain game points, competing in a cooking competition with limited raw materials and cooking utensils, mastering back to basic skills and utilising their creativity to build raft from scratch using bamboos and ropes. The team had intensive yet fun and exciting moments, especially when they had to push their self-made rafts across the pond with the mission to rescue one of their team mates at the opposite shore.

The trip has definitely left everyone with unforgettable experiences and memories to cherish!
